Terms of Use

These terms apply between you and Dogs Unleashed AB, company registration number 559049-6807, Skeppargatan 92, 115 30 Stockholm, Sweden ("PandaTrends", "we", "us", or "our") when you use the PandaTrends app, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires parental permission, you must have it. The app creates an anonymous account for your installation. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for activity performed through that account.

2. What PandaTrends provides

PandaTrends analyses public social-media information and presents growth audits, comparative metrics, watchlists, breakout signals, scores, and suggested next actions. Availability, supported platforms, scan frequency, and included features depend on your plan and may change as the Service develops.

PandaTrends is an independent service and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by TikTok, Instagram, ByteDance, or Meta.

3. Data and results are informational

Social-platform data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the original platform. Scores, outlier labels, trend signals, and recommendations are estimates based on available observations. They do not guarantee views, followers, revenue, virality, or any other outcome. You remain responsible for creative, commercial, and account decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or to harass, discriminate against, or harm another person;
  • submit handles or use insights in a way that violates privacy, employment, credit, housing, or other applicable laws;
  • bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or purchase checks;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or automate access to the Service without written permission;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with the Service or another user's access; or
  • misrepresent PandaTrends results as verified facts, guaranteed outcomes, or an endorsement by a supported platform.

5. Free and paid plans

A limited free plan may be available. Paid plans can include more tracked profiles, more frequent scans, additional history, and alerts. Current features and prices are displayed in the app before purchase. We may change plan features or prices for future billing periods, subject to App Store rules and applicable law.

6. App Store subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple using your Apple Account.
  • The localized price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm.
  • An auto-renewable subscription renews unless you cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal.
  • You can restore eligible purchases from the app.
  • Refund requests and payment disputes for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its rules.
  • Deleting your PandaTrends account or app does not cancel an active subscription.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms for an in-app purchase, the mandatory terms control for that issue.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, PandaTrends brand, panda artwork, interfaces, and content we create are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service under these terms. Public social-media content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners and platforms.

8. External services and links

The Service depends on external platforms and providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, or content on an external service, but we select and manage our own providers with reasonable care.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, unpaid access, a breach of these terms, provider requirements, or law. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. Provisions that should reasonably continue, including payment, intellectual-property, liability, and dispute terms, survive termination.

10. Service changes and availability

We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice before a material change to a paid central feature where practical. We do not guarantee that every platform, profile, post, scan, or alert will always be available or error-free.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, platform actions, creator performance, business decisions based on estimates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our responsibility for direct loss is limited to loss caused by our breach or negligence as provided by applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including public social data, account deletion, providers, and your rights.

13. Law, disputes, and contact

Swedish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live. Contact support@pandatrends.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Consumers may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or another competent consumer dispute body. Unresolved disputes will be decided by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Service, costs, providers, or legal requirements change. If a change is material, we will provide notice before it takes effect where required. If you do not accept an updated term, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
